In his first ten years in the business, Dave sold an average of one house per week and earned numerous sales awards for outstanding sales achievements. In addition to being a top award winner, Dave has also been actively involved in the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS by serving on various committees and programs.
During his first three years in real estate, Dave obtained designations for GRI (Graduate of Realtor’s Institute), CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist) and his Associate Broker’s license. These designations and his years of successful real estate experience have allowed Dave to serve in numerous positions which include: Sales Manager, New Agent Trainer, Relocation Coordinator, Property Manager and Principal Broker. Dave presently lives in the Hollins area of North Roanoke County with his wife Becky. They have lived in Roanoke for over 25 years and have two children. Their son, Scott graduated from the University of Virginia and their daughter, Meredith is currently a student at James Madison University. Dave and Becky are active in their local church and other community service organizations.
